Attention Patrons - About the Launch Month Members Tier
Added 2020-11-30 19:02:23 +0000 UTCFirst of all, a massive thanks to all of you who have joined us at our early stage! The last three months have been a blur and we owe each of you a huge debt for believing in us.
The Launch Month Member Tier, which all of you are currently part of, was intended to stay for a month before being hidden. We decided to extend that by another month since we had plenty of slots to fill.
Tomorrow, we will be unpublishing this tier. This means that no one new will be able to subscribe to this tier, but anyone in this tier as of today will continue their subscription as normal for as long as they remain subscribed. For you, the patrons, this should mean that nothing will change for you.
However, should you encounter any problem at all when we make this change, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can look into rectifying anything, should something go wrong.
From December onwards, we will be introducing our standard tiers of subscription: a $7.50 Early Bird Discounted Tier, and a $10 Regular Tier. For as long as you are subscribed, you will not have to change to these tiers: you will continue to pay $5 as normal! If you should unsubscribe and then later wish to resubscribe, the Launch Month Member Tier will no longer be available.
The TL;DR is : we're hiding the Launch Month Tier as planned. Nothing should change, you will still pay the same as you do now for as long as you remain a patron. If anything should go wrong for you when we do this, please contact us and we will solve it.
