Magic Item Monday - Artifacts of Talia

Continuing with magical items from the world of Talia, I'm happy to introduce two new artifacts - The Shield of Mykail & Neiko's Inkwell.
Mykail was the goddess of defense, valor, and protection who died in battle defending her charges, leaving behind one of her powerful shields. Her shield is loosely based on the Shield of Prator from 2e.
Neiko is the author of Neiko's Pamphlet of Talia, a one-stop-shop for all the information you could ever want regarding Talia. His inkwell holds incredible power, but as we all know, with power comes responsibility. The inkwell is a conversion of Kuroth's Quill, which dates all the back to 1e!
The first of the Talia World release will be coming by the end of January!
