Clovis said something along the lines of "Now I'm going to owe my older brother another favor", when talking about Suzaku cleaning up their horrible situation at Shinjuku Ghetto. Cornelia said something along the lines of "A failure not worthy of my brother's forces.", when talking about Suzaku losing control of the Lancelot at Narita. They are not actually referring to Lloyd, but the person who employs Lloyd. Lloyd's team, the special division, is not under the military chain of command, but rather one of the Brittanian princes. That's all the show has told us thus far. Also, the electricity sparking behind Mao after he was shot was indeed from the giant screen that he previously hacked up with a chainsaw. Great discussion! Ohgi is an interesting character. He's very principled for a would-be terrorist.
