One of the things that’s always so interesting about peoples perception of my art, is that urine and menstrual blood is viewed as unclean and gross.
Why, though?
I just collected a fresh urine harvest, and truthfully, if you examine these things, you’ll find that our bodies are in fact, a perfect machine. Down to the mucous from my vagina and the actual toxins that escaped—how can you not be fascinated? I find people to be very weak and ashamed in terms of biology. Our bodies are very interesting, if not a gem to appreciate.
I, for one, am not ashamed of my body one bit, and neither should you. I understand the taboo behind what I do is rare, but these are just things that come from me—why not celebrate humanity, by celebrating our construct?
