yeah I didnt think it was bad at all, pretty decent movie. Definitely still love the original more than this prequel but was still cool to see the perspective of the Norwegians

The special effects kind of killed the scariness of the THING for me, it was very noticeable but that's alright. Still thought it was a really wild movie! Thanks for watching Anakin :)
2022-04-27 21:45:38 +0000 UTCThe story goes is that they had all this gorgeous practical work done. Every creature of the movie was done practically. The is an existing video you tube that shows the pain staking work the effects company did. But then the film company interfered and sadly all that incredible work was never used. What upsets me the most is that is that Universal knew they were already working on the effects yet they just pulled it from them ๐ก
