Hey Everyone!

Yesterday was my first stream using Ableton and it went pretty well! I got Ableton 10 last year and it's been amazing for sketching out ideas. I haven't used it as much as I've wanted so I felt it was time to switch things up a bit on stream. I started out building a DnB groove and then moved over to chords. After I had a solid direction, I added layers for the rest of the stream. If you want to see exactly how the song developed, check out the VOD on Twitch.

After stream I spent a bit of time putting the song into an arrangement I talked about on stream and added minimal automation/FX to help the pacing. I really like where this idea went and I'll definitely be returning. Someone in chat mentioned Sigma's "Nobody to Love" and I think that would be a fantastic example for how to develop the rest of this idea. What do you think?
