WeakAuras 2.11.6 - All Cooldowns fixed again

So, as you might have noticed we did a few releases back to back and  sadly even had to retract some of them because they contained a few nasty bugs.

The short story is that we implemented a new feature in the Spell  Cooldown Progress trigger, which allows handling of spells that have  both a cooldown and charges. This mostly affects Rune of Power and Blade Furry. Due to not wanting to hold up the merging of the next pull request, a rework of our Dynamic Group code, we did a release rather quickly after Infus fixed a few reported regressions. But it turns out  those fixes still had few bugs, and it took us a week to finally fix them for good.

Since 2.11.6 has been out for a few days, we're confident that they are indeed fixed now.

We see this as an opportunity to improve our testing process so we have also decided that in the future we'll always release beta builds before each final release. We have done a few betas in the past, but  it's time to make that a regular part of our process so that we have a  better chance of high quality releases and catching bugs before it reaches most of you.

I mentioned a Dynamic Group rework above, this has now been merged  and can be tested in the alpha builds. Rivers will make a blog post about all the new features for dynamic groups soon.

PS: Infus is still slowing working on the text refactoring, currently porting icons to use the new system.
