“I feel like that dude listens to a lot of podcasts… of certain people” hit the nail right on the head! 😂 As a gay guy in his early 20s, I’ve definitely come across older brothers/friends of my friends who behave similarly to Nick’s brother. He’s not majorly homophobic (as in he’s not going to physically/verbally abuse Charlie & Nick), and deep down I’m sure he does care about his younger brother, but he’s just being annoying/ignorant for no reason. He’s likely being immature and projecting his insecurities onto Nick, to avoid his own issues.
