[HS] Ultimecia - outfit DFF:NT

This outfit was the most work intensive that i have done so far. The feathers for the alternative states were especially bothersome. No to mention their skinning.

There are two issues that i cannot solve, first is the dress in order to have the bell shape needs to use the legs skinning and not a skirts. But as the number of bones that can affect a vert is limited to 4, there can be no smooth transition between the two legs. This results in a sharp switch at the back of dress behind the legs. Sadly there is nothing i can do about this, even vanilla HS outfits with similar skirts behave the same.

The second issue is with some lighting artifacts with the feathers, the only solution would be to split it into a dozen layers which would take at least a week :/ But as this only happens in certain lighting scenarios and it has a workaround i would not like to spend that much effort on it. The workaround is to adjust the light source location in studio or rotate the body itself. This issues does not happen in character creator at all, and in most H scenarios it is fine too (depends on specific location)

In the preview post earlier i forgot i have to do the head / hair for her too. That is why the poll is not up yet. I will start working on the hair / face and the next poll will be up in a day or two. So please let me know your pick for it if you are in a 25$+ tier. Thanks.
