Lettie got back her invulnerability when Christina put it back after she threw her from the tower. You can see her looking down at her from the tower chanting. It was her keeping her promise to Ruby about not hurting her sister. Also, Dee lost her childhood innocent after being cursed by the white cops and chased around by those demons, having her best friend killed by those white men and then her seeing they got away with it. After that she saw Christina and basically said no more.
