Animal Instincts 2 (Chapter 1)

(Taylor's POV)

It's been 2 months since our new neighbors that Alice told me about moved into the house on the other side of the mountain. I'm usually a keep to myself kind of person, but since I don't have a job and suddenly my husband left for work 1 day and never came back even if he was a prick sometimes he could've told me if he went on a trip or something, but the money he gave is more than enough for me to retire so I got nothing better to do and I think it's about time we introduced ourselves to our new neighbors.

Taylor-You girls ready to go?

Alice-Yes mommy.

Tiffany-I don't see why we're doing this since we never socialize.

Taylor-Because we got nothing better to do and since your father is gone I think it will be good to meet some new people.

Mya-So Alice do you know anything about these new neighbors?

Alice-Well on the day they moved in while I was exploring I saw through my binoculars that they had cat ears and tails, well except for this 1 boy.

Tiffany-There called Nekos sis.

We left the house and we started walking the trail to the other house and if there was anything better to do I wouldn't be doing this.

Taylor's mind-Let's just get this over with.

(Brittney's POV)

Today was supposed Jullie's and Ashley's birthday, but what was a pleasant surprise was that it was also (Y/N)'s birthday. Right the birthday boy and girls were cuddling on the couch together after they got done with breakfast and they just looked so cute piled up like that. Hannah and I were taking care of dishes and i'm just gonna let everyone snack for lunch because I got something planned for dinner and for the cake as well. Everything was going well then we heard a knock at our door and I felt a little confused.

Brittney's mind-Who could that be, were supposed to be the only ones up here, that's the whole reason we moved here!

I went to answer the door and when I opened the door I saw 4 girls with rabbit ears and I was confused on what they were doing here and who they are.

Brittney-Can I help you?

???-Yes my name is Taylor and these are my daughters Mya, Tiffany, and Alice and were you new neighbors.

Brittney's mind-What is she talking about, when I saw this place online there was no other houses up here.

Brittney-Neighbors?

Alice-We live on the other side of the mountain.

Just then Hannah came to the door and she surprised to see them as I did.

Hannah-Mom who are they?

Taylor-May we come in and met all of your family?

Brittney-Uhhh... sure.

I was curious on who they were so i'll just ask a few questions then they'll be out and besides (Y/N) knows how to behave so there shouldn't be too much to worry about, but they better not even touch our kitten.

((Y/N)'s POV)

I heard Brittney and Hannah talking to someone at the door then I heard the door close and soon Brittney and Hannah walked in the living along with 4 other girls and they had bunny ears then I felt Jullie and Ashley held on to me tighter.

Brittney-Girls these are our neighbors Taylor, Mya, Tiffany, and Alice.

Alice-Hi.

(Y/N)-H-H-Hey.

She giggled a little and Jullie and Ashley held me even tighter.

(Alice's POV)

Our neighbors house was just as big as our house, but out of everything I couldn't take my eyes off the 2 girls and the boy snuggling with each other. I think it was kinda funny and cute that he couldn't speak without having problems.

Mommy-So what are your names?

???-I'm Brittany, and these are my daughters Hannah, Jullie, and Ashley and that's my adopted son (Y/N).

Hannah-So did you just move in?

Mommy-No, we lived on the other side of this mountain for years and we noticed that you moved in about 2 months ago, but we decided to introduce ourselves now.

Jullie got up and went somewhere while our moms were talking and she came back with a bowl of strawberries and her and Ashley ate some, but then they did something weird, they fed him strawberries and he blushed while looking at me before Jullie grabbed his head and turned him towards her and fed him another strawberry while he was still blushing.

Alice's mind-He's actually kinda cute.

I walked over to them and when they noticed me they scooted closer to (Y/N) and they just stared at me.

Alice-Hi.

Jullie-Hey.

Alice-So is that something you normally do?

(Y/N)-Y-Y-Yeah.

I giggled again and he just blushed even more.

(Y/N)-Wh-What?

Alice-You're cute.

When I said that he only blushed more, but his sisters turned him away, held him even closer and they looked at me with a blank stare.

(Tiffany's POV)

Mya and I saw Alice with the other kids and (Y/N) kept on blushing when ever Alice talked to him which was cute.

Tiffany's mind-What a little shy guy.

I noticed Hannah staring at me and Mya with almost no emotion.

Mya-What?

Hannah-Why are you staring at my little brother?

Mya-Just look at him, who wouldn't find his shyness cute.

Tiffany-Besides our sister is over there to.

Hannah-I don't so what that has to do with you staring at (Y/N).

Tiffany-We're just checking on her and your brother just caught our attention, that's all.

I wasn't lying, her brother was a cute little shy guy in my eyes and he might be the only boy I ever saw that wasn't either an idiot or a jerk. He was just so innocent even for his age which I find adorable.

(Taylor's POV)

All of our daughters were talking to each other now while I was still talking to Brittney until Alice got my attention.

Alice-Hey mom, can we stay for a while?

Taylor-Well that's up to them.

I looked back to Brittney who had a cold stare in her eyes and just as she was about to speak...

(Y/N)-C-Can they?

Brittney and her daughters all stared at him and so did my daughters and I and he started to blush which was really cute.

Taylor's mind-Is he shy?

I always found shyness kinda cute.

(Y/N)-I-I-It is our b-b-birthday s-so would it b-b-be m-more fun w-w-with more p-peo-people?

Taylor's mind-Awwwww, he's so innocent.~

Brittney-Kitten do you really want more girls here?

I was taken back by that nickname she just called him.

Taylor's mind-Kitten?

(Y/N)-I m-mean th-they seem n-nice and if th-they're our n-n-neighbors sh-should we be n-n-nice to th-th-them?

Oh my god he can't really be that innocent. I wish my prick of husband was at least half as innocent as this kid. I looked back at Brittney and she looked a little mad before she calmed down and looked at me before pulling out her phone and typing something on it.

Brittney-Ok kitten they can stay, but not for the night.

Alice-Yay!

I was kinda happy too, i'm curious about this boy and Tiffany and Mya looked kinda happy to stay as well.

(Hannah's POV)

Mom just posted something on our group chat and it said...

Mom-Make sure they don't even touch our kitten and we'll teach him what he did wrong tomorrow.

Soon after Jullie and Ashley replied with.

Jullie-Ok.

Ashley-Ok.

And I typed my message in.

Brittney-I'll break the finger they dare touched him with.

We put away our phone and I wasn't gonna let some long eared whores ruin our precious little kitten's mind after we worked so hard and taught him so much! They all got comfy comfy in the living room with us and we watched a cartoon that the birthday kids picked then I saw their little sister Alice talking to Jullie and Ashley while they were feeding (Y/N) strawberries and they ignored her which made me feel a little better.

(Taylor's POV)

We weren't even her for 5 minutes and already my youngest daughter was getting the cold shoulder and just before I was about to say something (Y/N) spoke before I could.

(Y/N)-H-Hey Al-Alice, y-y-you wanna p-play with u-us, we g-got a PS4.

What he said made Alice from looking kinda hurt to happy and he got up and they all went to the back room as Brittney changed the channel, but all I could think about is how that boy was already better than my 'husband' in a lot of ways.

(No POV)

Taylor's mind-What a little sweetheart.

Brittney's mind-He is so lucky it's his birthday and i'll do anything to make him happy today.

Hannah's mind-Why does he have to be so nice to other people rather than only be nice to us?!

Tiffany's mind-He's cute, and nice, he's leagues ahead than little brats I usually see when were in town.

Mya's mind-He's just so innocent, it's just adorable.~

Jullie's mind-Can he take a hint and realize that she's corrupting him?!

Ashley's mind-We're gonna have to work on this some more tomorrow.

Alice's mind-Did he do this to make me feel better? so cute!~
