Family History 1.0.3b, Preview Update

I made some important changes to the Family History mod in this build, and I'm even happier with it than I've been so far.

The biggest change is that all of the Notable and Legendary ancestors now have ancestral homes! That means that in order to find a connection to one of them, you'll need to find ancestors in that region first.

This solves kind of a logical problem that had been bothering me. Two sims could have a notable or legendary ancestor in common, but not share any ancestral regions. This takes care of that.

I also rebalanced the entire discovery logic, so that you'll typically need to find around 4 ancestral regions before you start finding Notable and Legendary ancestors.

Finally, and this is what I'm happiest about, now that I had some details about each specific ancestor, I redid all of biographies for all of them, after coming up with birth dates, life spans, and so on. I also worked in a bit of ancient Sim History from the Archaeology Kit mod to tie it together.

Also, at least a few dozen bug fixes, ranging from kind of big to minor. Pretty happy about that, too.
