Includes numerous bug fixes and a rework of legacy scholarships. Hopefully close to being a release candidate.

Bug Fixes

I recently discovered that a tool that I use to build mods (the incredibly useful S4TK library) had been suffering from a bug that caused some tuning data to get compiled incorrectly in certain edge cases, causing it to be ignored by the game. After updating my tools, it turns out that there were a number of features of this mod that I'd had trouble with that started working now after the update.  

In addition, playtesting revealed a few other issues that I've fixed, including not getting the 'family welcome package' rewards from learning about an ancestor if you weren't at home when you learned about the trait. Now they are given to your sim immediately after learning about the ancestor.

Scholarships Refactoring

Previously, when your sim learned about a new notable ancestral trait that provided a legacy scholarship, it would approve your sim for it immediately. The problem is that if a sim learns about the ancestor as a child, the scholarship won't work, and will be gone by the time they are able to use it.

To fix it, I developed an injector script to add the legacy scholarships to the standard Apply for Scholarships picker on both the computer and the mailbox, so your sim can sign up for a legacy scholarship (if they have one of the ancestors that provides one) at the usual time, when they are applying to the University. Your sim will automatically get approved for the scholarship if they have the appropriate ancestor.

Increased Career Interactions

I went through the notable ancestor traits and both increased the beneficial effects of the ancestor when pursuing the same career, but now your sim will also get an Ancestral Favor bonus when performing appropriate career actions. For example, if you are playing a Doctor, and they have a notable Doctor ancestor, they will get an ancestral favor bonus every time they treat a patient (in that case, they also get a bonus to diagnosis progress due to the ancestor). Descendants of entertainers get ancestral favor while performing, etc. I tried to make sure that there's at least something good from each of them.

Passing down the Family History book

I added a feature to allow your sim to pass a Family History book down to a relative. NOTE: you can do this as many times as you like.
