Spellbook Injector Fix Test
Added 2021-07-27 13:05:28 +0000 UTCI enjoy using the Spellbook Injector by r3m, but alas, it's been throwing exceptions for a while on Macs, and there are reports that it causes problems with the market stalls in the Realm of Magic. Unfortunately the author, r3m, has apparently not been heard from for close to two years.
I decompiled their script, fixed the exception problem on Macs (had to do with logging), eliminated the market stall injection for Tomes, and packaged it back up.
It's been working for me pretty well over the last few months. No exceptions, and all the spells i've installed are showing up (just under 20 of them) on a Mac.
To use, download and install the original r3m spellbook injector from Mod The Sims, then remove this script file from the mod:
r3m_spellbook_injector.ts4script
and replace it with the one that is attached to this post named:
'simsonian-library_r3m_spellbook_injector.ts4script'
Continue to use the r3m_spellbook_injector.package file that came with the original mod.
Then continue to follow the usage instructions on the Spellbook Injector MTS page.
