Compatibility:
This has been tested to be working with (but does not require) all expansions and game packs up to Enchanted By Nature, and the patch released September 4, 2025 - PC: 1.117.244.1020 / Mac: 1.117.244.1220. It will also work with anything after that Sims 4 update unless otherwise specified on Tumblr/Patreon posts I make after the update. Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible, so we often do not support anything below the specified version here!
The legacy version of Sims 4 will now, and forever, use MCCC version 6.6.0, which can be found here in Patreon on an earlier post and on my website.
If you get an unconfirmed file in your download folder after trying to download MCCC, you should read the Q&A on my FAQ about that here. It's a browser problem, not a file problem so nothing that I can do to fix it.

I mention that in the post above in the next to last section. There's a Q&A about it on the website FAQ. It's a browser problem (Chrome and Firefox, specifically), and not a file problem. Nothing I can do about it. Basically caused by someone putting my pre-releases out on pirate file servers. The browsers block any files that match names from the pirate file server regardless of where they come from, after that, so the browsers are tagging my pre-releases as "suspicious" because the file names match names found on pirate file servers. A pretty lazy way to determine if a file is suspicious or not, in my opinion, but I can't stop the pirates and I can't stop the browser developers.

There are thousands of people using it and thousands have downloaded it from here, which wouldn't be so if that was the case. Are you sure it is downloading correctly? We have hundreds of people going through daily...So, in answer to your question, WHEN Discord is locked, you would have to be patient and wait for it to open for support to be available. Right now, it's open, though. Has been for a while. This is especially true when you're a paying member. The patron-support channels are NEVER locked. Those are the ones that I have a say-so on when they are opened and closed and so they are always opened. I'm really not sure where you got the information that they were "locked until we find a resolution"...

Discord was no help as it is locked until you guys find a resolution. Meanwhiile, I am a paying member. So, if Discord is not taking questions about issues - who is?

2025-09-13 23:21:04 +0000 UTCThat message is very much exactly what is happening. The version of MC dresser that is being loaded does not match the version of the rest of MCCC. All of MCCC that is in the zip file I provide are the same version so the game is not loading that MC Dresser script file. It is loading another. There isn't another reason for that error. If you need help trying to figure out what is going on, you'll need to go to one of the support Discord channels provided in each release post. We don't do any support here. Thanks!

I downloaded it right from your website, deleted all my old versions, only thing I've kept is the mc_settings.cfg to keep my pre assigned settings. Never knew how must have MC Dresser is till you don't have it. Please help, love your mod btw!

I really love this mod and can't play without it, any idea why it's not working for me?

What you describe isn't an MCCC issue. it might be an issue with other mods or cc that is out of date, but delays in menus opening is not something MCCC would have any control over. I recommend going to one of the support Discord channels I provide in the release post.

If I may, I've noticed with the 2025.5.0 version, when clicking on a sim, the menu either doesn't open or takes a really long time to open. Not sure why this is happening. My mods folder is currently about 150gs. This didn't happen when my main folder was about 350gs. Thanks again for helping us make our gameplay better.

2025-09-05 21:15:41 +0000 UTCHi! Thanks for the thanks and I hope your hospital rounds go well! I think changing university terms would be more of an EA or a tuning mod if it's moddable, really. The Season Length setting is an EA setting in game options. So I don't know that it's accessible to modders at all. Same with university term length. I've seen mods that you can alter the credits needed per term, but I've not come across anything that changes the length, although it's very possible I just missed it. In my mind, this should just work the way you are asking. EA should have it configured to match the season length. :) Things like this are USUALLY more tuning mods, if they're changeable at all. The tuning files are usually where the values like that would be stored so usually it would be a tuning mod to change it rather than a script mod, like I do. I can write it down to look at, some time in the future, but no guarantee that it will end-up being something that I'll do if it turns out not to be feasible to do or more of a tuning mod.

I know there will be a post later where we can wish for aditions, but I'm starting a round of hospital visits soon so I'll likely not be able to keep track, so I'm leaving a wish here. Hope that's okay! :D I would like to wish for the ability to change university term lengths to match various lengths of the seasons. Hope you are well!

I don't do the Last Exception support that they do because it's from other mods/cc, not MCCC. Also, there are team members that speak other languages there, so you could most likely find someone to explain your issue and to help you in your own language. I recommend that, whatever you're having troubles with in figuring-out Discord, you google for some answers and figure out exactly what is preventing you from using it. We have many users come there from many different languages daily. Thanks for your thanks!

Unfortunately, I haven't played The Sims 4 for a very long time—about three years. I recently downloaded it again, but unfortunately, it is not working. I tried every step that used to work for me before, but nothing seems to help. The computer I'm using runs Windows 10, and everything is updated on the software. However, for some reason, a portal shows up where I can download everything, but when I log into The Sims to play, it doesn't appear. I don't know what I am doing wrong; I followed all the steps I did before. I updated the data, restarted everything, and even managed to repair The Sims 4 portal, but nothing is working. Can you please give me some advice on what I should do? I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

MC Pregnancy has all the functionality I've always had for pregnancy built into it and does everything PMM ever did (other than miscarriages, which a better version than in PMM can be found by LittleMsSam: https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/post/175409258158/miscarriage-chance-abortion-miscarriage-with). The mega pregnancy mod directly conflicted with MCCC and was not supported for players to use together with MC Pregnancy. Curseforge doesn't allow me to refresh downloads so when I get a new translation, I can't put it there without generating a whole new version for that download. So instead, I give the translators around a week to get their translations to me and then I put it on CF.
