MC Command Center 2025.1.1 is out!
Added 2025-02-25 18:46:15 +0000 UTCThe latest public release, MCCC/MC Woohoo 2025.1.1, is out! This has a small hotfix to be compatible with EA's pre-expansion update.
Just a note: If you downloaded the hotfix in like the first hour it was out, you may want to refresh this page and download/install it again. I made a small refresh to the download to prevent the new Burglar Sim from showing-up in standard clothing (MC Dresser) or from being modified in some way that would cause duplicates of them (MC Population). Something I thought of that may cause some issues after I did the initial hotfix release, but not something major enough to do another hotfix.

Compatibility:
This has been tested to be working with (but does not require) all expansions and game packs up to Businesses & Hobbies, and the patch released March 20, 2025 - PC: 1.113.297.1020 / Mac: 1.113.297.1220. It will also work with anything after that Sims 4 update unless otherwise specified on Tumblr/Patreon posts I make after the update. Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible, so we often do not support anything below the specified version here!
The legacy version of Sims 4 will now, and forever, use MCCC version 6.6.0, which can be found here in Patreon on an earlier post and on my website.
MC Woohoo may be downloaded from my Tumblr posts, my website or from Discord. Why is it not here?

That isn't anything MCCC related. You can go to the support Discord server links listed in the release posts and ask there if it's a known issue with the game or a problem with another mod or something. I don't keep-up with issues that aren't with MCCC really.

The game freezing is usually caused by mods/cc that are out of date. Like I said before, you need to go to support and they can help you figure the issue out. I just know that the current version of MCCC is fully compatible with the current version of Sims 4 and it causes no errors.

It can be caused by multiple issues. The support team can help you figure out what the issue is if you go to one of the support Discord channels listed in the release post. If you're talking about not having access to the post on Patreon, I don't have any control over that. That's a Patreon-controlled thing. I just set what tier can access each post. Patreon controls which user has which subscription level. I can tell you that, looking-up your user in my audience manager, there are two Rayleens, one Rayleen Bibiloni, that you commented here with, that is a Free access user, and one RayleenB, who is a $9 subscriber. They have different email addresses and are two different Patreon accounts. Are you sure you're trying to access the post with the correct user?

2025-03-16 16:47:13 +0000 UTCYeah, like I've said below, they have changed the format of the files so when you save a household now, or update an existing household in the tray, it is now in a new format. In my testing, copy/paste still always shows-up, but that's because I have a lot of pre-B&H-expansion tray households saved. I actually only have one saved post-update, just for testing. Copy/paste still shows-up and works fine for me, the new household just doesn't show-up. For people with lots of new households from post-update and the current gallery, I can't say how it would work. I'd just recommend checking it after the PR1 comes out. ;)

I understand that I can copy and paste face, physique, traits, clothing, etc individually, but the option to just paste a tray sim in just a few clicks was so so helpful. Was the removal intentional, or do you think it might come back at some point...? Anyway, thank you for all your work on the mod.

There's also a Q&A on my website in the FAQ about why it's not on Patreon. MC Woohoo is a separate download. It always has been. That's why you always have to download it separately if you want its functionality.

When you get an error like that, you should go to one of the support Discord channels listed in each release post. They can help you figure out the exact cause there, but it's not something wrong in the mod I need to fix or anything. It's local to your installation.

2025-03-11 18:20:27 +0000 UTCThat's not a MCCC-type question, really. Script mods have no control over the format of the clocks in the UI. If that were to be possible, at all, it would require a UI mod to do it, which I don't do any UI modding. Most likely, it's not possible from mods at all and requires EA to implement the functionality that way. You can try googling and see if there are any mods or any ways to make the base game do that.

2025-03-10 02:39:42 +0000 UTCThen you should go to one of the support Discord channels. There's many reasons that could be happen. Many reasons that aren't coming from MCCC. The core game could be throwing an error. You could have lot issues with spacing and Sim movement. You could be getting errors around removing mods, as well, if your saved game is still trying to reference those. Those are just several of the possible causes that we see ALL the time on the Discord server. I have a section in my documents on my website specifically talking about getting LE's with MCCC and how they're usually from another cause 99% of the time and MCCC is just letting you know it's happening. In the case that it IS from MCCC, the support team will be able to determine that and they'll let me know so I can work on it, but I don't do anything with any reports here, like I mention in the release post.

Some of my tray households that are saved (only most recent ones from AFTER this update of the game) aren't showing up in the "paste tray sim" command. I saw others having this issue since the update, hopefully it's just an easy to fix error. Thank you for the great work!

There is a search menu where anything can be searched for and even filtered by module. The search results give the descriptions of the settings as well as how you get to them through the in-game navigation. As they're only releasing Business and Hobbies today (they usually patch at noon CST time), then I can't say at this time if it's compatible or if it will need a hotfix. Once I have determined whether it works with the update today, I always update the release post's compatibility notes to show it is compatible if there are no issues. If there are issues, I immediately do a post to let people know that there are problems and I'm working on a hotfix.

They often do right after an update because so many mods are broken without updates from devs yet, it's not worth them repeating that information over-and-over to all those that have issues with them. My channels remain open and are always open. I read everything that comes through those channels, even if the support team answer the questions asked there. Your issue was reported previously here in comments. This was my response, previously, which still applies: Hotfixes are to fix errors that are thrown that prevent basic functionality from working. If there are things broken due to changes in EA's core code for more specific features, those are handled with the next release, as a rule. The households not showing-up are specifically because EA changed the file format of tray sims with this update. It has also broken some of their own functionality (matchmaking with tray Sims) and causes LE's as a result. As that's new functionality and not causing a critical error in MCCC, it would fall into the "next release fix" category. Thanks!

I finally figure out that it was your mod after a few days of testing as I am finally able to run the game again without your mod installed. Please look into the code and fix it for the public release since your mod is very useful but it is not useful currently.

That could affect existing functionality for things like importing tray Sims, especially for newly saved gallery Sims, since those will be using the new format. If there are things broken due to changes in EA's core code for more specific features, those are handled with the next release, as a rule. In the meantime, you can go to one of the support Discord channels to report the issue. Like I say in the release post, that's where you go for support, or to report an issue.
