Next Release Status
Added 2025-02-24 00:00:07 +0000 UTCJust to keep everyone in the loop, I am not beginning work on the next release until after EA's next expansion comes out on March 5th. Expansions and Game Packs almost always break a lot of mods so I am preparing for any hotfixes that might be needed after that to the 2025.1.0 release before starting a new version.
This expansion seems like a pretty minor one, as far as new features are concerned, so maybe it will NOT break mods, but I'd be surprised. :)
As always, if you're concerned about a lot of mods being broken and affecting your game after the expansion update, you should probably turn-off auto-updates for a bit on the EA App until the mods you use get updated. I usually try to get MCCC to run with no errors pretty quick after updates, but some people have a lot more work they have to do with many more mods than I have.
