Not to give unsolicited advice because I’m sure Evan is getting great care and you guys have tried a lot of things, but in the past I’ve experienced lower back pain severe enough to prevent me from walking after over doing it at work. I found that an inversion table really helped decompress my back, I don’t remember if you mentioned that during the recent stream so I wanted to mention it. I hope he has improvement in his symptoms and can avoid surgery!

2023-12-17 01:59:23 +0000 UTCI've been looking for a 3-hammer, 2-plier, screw stripping, fingernail hurter multi-tool forever. Can't tell you how happy my search is over!! Thank you for the gut busting laughter--I laughed SO hard with y'all on that one, though I feel so bad "laughter" is not presently compatible with Evan's back. I trust y'all are having luck finding some remedies! My "trick" for back issues is to combine Bengay with Aspercreme and bake myself on a heating pad.. That way I can stink up my whole house whilst simultaneously feeling 20-30 years older than my actual age! :)
