Rice Krispies Update AND Next Resin Project!
Added 2022-08-18 21:28:22 +0000 UTCSo first off, wow, we had a lot of unexpected results in the ultimate rice krispies face off! Our theories basically came down to:
- If we like cereal "a" more than cereal "b" we'll like rice krispie treat "a" more than "b"
- The less sweet the cereal, the better it will be since marshmallows are already so sweet.
Sometimes those theories held true and WOW sometimes it was the complete opposite.
Also, these guys have been taking up space in our fridge since we filmed this (we held onto all of them just in case we need any additional shots, even those some of them we will DEFINITELY not be eating haha. Fridge lighting really is appetizing huh?
In other news, we're doing another Resin Life Hacks video! This time, Evan is choosing the hacks, and I’m excited to be surprised. I do have one clue - when we were grocery shopping for cereals, he said he had to go grab something secret so I think that’s for a hack. Wonder if there will be a hack involving food… hahaha.

Question…. Can you make Rice Krispie treats with gummy bears instead of marshmallows? You have tried different dry ingredients, I’m curious what other binding ingredients might work.
