*spoiler* Resin Record Results!
Added 2021-08-12 14:20:31 +0000 UTCHey guys! Wanted to share the final results of the resin record before the video goes live tomorrow.... IT WORKED!!!!
So first off, the side of it you're seeing in the photo is actually the underside of the pour (because that's where the record's ridges were captured in the mold). Glow powder tends to sink, which is why the colors look lighter than our past updates. Speaking of glow powder, here's how it looks in the dark - it's insane.
Photos don't really do it justice - it's SO cool when it's spinning.
But more importantly, it works! There is a bit of quiet static but there's ZERO popping and it's very clear/obvious what song is being played when you play it. We tried some techniques to make the sound quality as good as possible but we didn't know if they'd work, so we were beyond excited with the results.

I thought I had replied but maybe I never hit send? Maybe instead of a resin record that has ham in it and could Francis on you, what about a resin record that looks like ham and is ham scented? I saw online you can get "ham fragance" Also glad to see Evan starting to feel better again. You can tell with his enthuasium for talking about the camera remote :D
