Here’s everything (I think) you need to know about my Patreon.

Your tiers are sold out, will you open more spots in the future?
In the future— yes. I’m just getting started with Patreon and want a feel for it before I open more spots. I will announce on my social media when more are available.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes, Patreon allows you to upgrade or downgrade.

When will I get my digital rewards?
In the first week of every month, I will release downloads to the digital rewards; you will be able to download them from the Patreon post.

When do I get my physical rewards?
I will typically package physical rewards mid-month. For domestic addresses, you can expect them within 1-2 weeks. For internationals, it can take up to a month depending on where you live.

Do physical rewards come with tracking?
No, rewards are sent through first class mail.

Can I combine my rewards with my store order?
If you have placed an order in my store, and it’s the beginning of the month, then yes I can combine your rewards with the store order. I will most likely have not sent out rewards yet, so please contact me on Patreon as soon as possible so I can combine your order.

Where do I find the discount code?
If you are Mega or Full Fledge Doge tier, you will have a discount code to my store. To find it, go to the "My membership" tab on my Patreon page, and scroll to the bottom. If you still have trouble finding it, message me on Patreon or Discord.

How do I get the Discord benefits?
You must first link your Discord with your Patreon, here's a guide on how to do this. Then, at the time of your pledge, you will receive a link to join my Discord. If you still need help, message me on Patreon.

Can I get a previous month’s rewards instead?
Unfortunately I can’t accommodate for every custom package at this time. For digital tiers, you will be able to have access to every month. For physical tiers, you will only receive the reward for the current month.

I forgot to cancel my membership, can I get a refund?
There is a no-refund policy since you will be unlocking all the benefits, and the previous 2 month's benefits, the moment you sign up/the beginning of every month. Please cancel your membership anytime before the 1st to prevent from being charged again.

I already pledged but I didn’t get my physical rewards yet, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no; since I already make the rewards ahead of time for every month, I’ve already accommodated for your pledge. I may have also already shipped your reward to you, and it could be in the process of transit.

It’s been a long time and I still haven’t received my physical rewards, what should I do?
Please message me on Patreon and I can help you out! Make sure to double check that your address is correct, and I can check when the reward was last sent.
