Next Project - this had to happen! :)

Ok, so if y'all have checked out our twitch streams (twitch.tv/evanandkatelyn) or gaming channel (Evan and Katelyn Gaming) you know that we are OBSESSED with Minecraft. Like, in my dreams I'm exploring caves and finding diamond the same way if you play a bunch of Tetris you dream about fitting Tetris blocks together.
ANYWAY, we've been wanting to do a Minecraft related project for weeks now and it's finally happening. We're making a diamond pickaxe πβοΈ
So we just started last night and cut a bunch of walnut and oak "pixels" to make the handle, and we're pouring resin into little cube molds to make the diamond pixels. Gonna do 2 colors, and we did the first color last night:
Kinda nervous because we added a bunch of glow in the dark powder and it kept wanting to settle at the bottom, so we were stirring up each individual cube for as long as we could up until it started to kick. Hopefully when we demold this morning there's not a bunch of glow on the bottom and nothing on the top. Guess we'll find out soon since we're about to get ready to film!
Anyways, we're having a ton of fun :D Cross your fingers for our glow cubes!
