It's done....I'm so happy.
This was previewed last month and I've been chipping away at it slowly in between commissions.
I had an exceptionally clear mental image after listening to this song, the last few lyrics had a rather foreboding and ominous energy to them.
After living with Faulk for some time, Squobi feels like he's always being watched whenever he's out by himself (which isn't often). Faulk frequently uses that insecurity to his advantage.
While this song isn't included in the playlist* I made for the story, I think it worked nicely as a standalone piece.
I'm just so pleased that I was able to pull this off, this is the most put-together looking painting I've done!

* I am still fine-tuning the playlist for this story, it's going to contain songs that fit major events in the story from when Squobi and Faulk first meet to when the story ends with Squobi and Amos.
