At least it’s not Davey does Goliath, an early X-rated claymation.

Eh. It's no David Does Goliath. Or David Versus Goliath: Twink on Top. Or... sorry, lemme close that search tab.

Just to add on, the Romans were very successful stabbing people in the armpit. The gladius was made for it. Let’s also point out that you can’t just stab someone in the heart - you usually hit a rib.

Joined the patron just to say this! 😂 They're pressure points for blunt force weapons, and major arteries pass through those spots. But for comedic effect, the armpit does sound silly. 😄

Is “Mazes and Monsters” on the movie list?

Okay, nerd out here., with the king of weapons and the groin, armpit and throat, they are actually correct.
In the time the story is set, a spear and shield was considered the best weapon.... for one on one free flowing combat with little armour. But then the vital points were right, for about 2000 years later when people are in full plate armour, as they have the least protection due to articulation points.

I mean it’s not a great target for a blunt object or a thrown object. It’s a close up stabby target

Yeah I don't know how Cecil didn't know this, it's a valid target in any type of fencing I'm aware of.
( This is not meant to be shade or anything, I was legit surprised)

As a single woman with cats I'm going to assume Marsh's invite was for all if us.

Well, actually…The brachial artery (the armpit) is the third fastest bleed out in the human body.

Fwiw Noah, normally the “and now I’m all depressed again” are jokes. I actually was kinda sad each time.

I've been spending most of my downtime since the election listening to old GAMs as I wait for the Gummi to kick in.

I'm only a few minutes into listening at this point but I have to say, I genuinely wasn't sure if I was going to be able to keep listening to the show or not before I turned this on and the fact that they're not only able to crack jokes about the situation but those jokes are making me laugh is helping tremendously. Really appreciate that.

That stop-motion was so bad. I don't think I'll ever be able to scrub the dumb dog's voice out of my head.

Shit -- when I heard this announced last week, I thought they meant the old episodes of Davey and Goliath that I watched in Catholic School.
Basically what Moral Oral was premised on.
