2023-05-26 20:18:01 +0000 UTCI was thinking while listening to this "Hey, this movie sounds a lot like the premise of the excellent Arthur C. Clarke novel Childhood's End." I looked up what else some of the cast has been in, and found out that the little girl, who evidently pulled double duty as both Abby and Lucinda, was in a SyFy production of Childhood's End. Seems like she may be a little typecast.
