I mean, the main problem is that the story isn't even true. If she were the one even RUMORED to be shot for saying she believed in God, that would be one thing. But that was 1) Cassie Bernall, and 2) still not a true story. So this story, which claims to be about this girl, isn't even remotely accurate. It's also ridiculous, as the guys point out, that the movie tries to convince us that this girl hangs out with smokers/partiers/drinkers, but only does so to "save" them- she'd NEVER partake! Meanwhile, they're trying so hard to give her "problems", when she probably had some, but they want her to be pure.
