its actually an issue with my source recording, windows was doing stupid updates while i filming this episode and it kept causing micro stutter, apologies

It only just occurred to me, my third time watching this episode, that while I don't think it's the same actress, they do look very much alike even accounting for Gibbs always dating redheads.
