You were half right. The house that Morgan Grace and Mo were in, the room upstairs where it said Clear wasn't where Rick saw him in season 3. That was an apartment in a more central part of the town. HOWEVER, slight continuity issue: The rifle in the room...Morgan had with him at that apartment in season 3. But yet, it's now here in the spot we saw him in that first episode.
