The whole coup arc is just there to fill in episodes (or, issues, I guess). Like. the police frame Erwin. The scouts hide in the woods. Hange forms a plan, it goes off without a hitch. Erwin forms a plan, it goes off without a hitch. There’s no dramatic tension, no real stakes other than “what if the plan doesn’t work.” Which, I mean, is also true of every episode of Bluey or some shit

But Levi is not an Asian Mikasa is half Ackerman/half Asian, Her father was an Ackerman and we were told that her mother was the last descendant of the Asian race.
