This episode is quite confusing. I do want to break down a little bit of information regarding the messengers. The woman who is Olivia's "Mother". Off screen, everyone calls her "Mantis". She gave her eggs to Dr Kirschnir. He used her eggs to create "Olivia". Which in turn, Dr Kirschnir used Olivia's eggs to create "The Messengers". Which if you have seen Dark...Olivia is her Mothers, Mother and Daughters daughter (she's her own grandmother basically).
