Like you said, there are episodes one person will enjoy whereas the other person will not. The general consensus among fans on this one seems to be that it's somewhat mediocre. But I think the atmosphere works in terms of scariness. I also think Scully's experience in the car was extremely well done, and I remember it being very frightening when I saw the episode originally. Your video was great as usual though.
