It also gives the readers a hint about the deal between the main protagonists where Shuhei vows to protect Eun Gee. Of course, this isn't the reaction you'll see on the actual story. But thank you for the insight.

I mean, being swept up by the male lead while ravenous zombies are licking at my shoes would have me twisting in his arms to get in a few shots to ward them off. If she's going to partner with the guy, she needs to show that she has his back in a fight. I do hope she isn't going to be a wilting blossom that needs to be rescued too often. Looking forward to the series with gleeful anticipation, no matter what!
