We have big plans for this character as he will play a major role in Tai's route. Of course, you'll see him a few more times in Diego's, but unraveling his mysteries will have to wait!
I had the idea of an Avian character knocking around for a bit, as well as the idea of the sequence in which he first appears. That being said, rather than rely on imagination for that sequence, we wanted something tangible. We figured, why not hit two birds (pun not intended) with one stone and have that character be our new side character? It was from this sequence that his entire backstory bloomed and the basis for Tai's route was formed. The result was something highly abstract compared to the rest of the visual novel so far, but also something that allowed us explore some very interesting ideas and tell a highly captivating story. We're really looking forward to being able to dig into that route.
