Adventure Time | S1 | Ep 21-26
Added 2024-11-02 16:00:03 +0000 UTCOne extra episode in this and the season finale! I'm ngl, I'm a bit worried of the longevity of the series for me personally - but if the show has 5+ seasons, it's got to get real good! I enjoyed the first season - but I think I just need a bit more structure.
I'll certainly continue on to S2 and see how that compares. I'm curious on y'all's thoughts though. Am I wrong for being worried? Or do I need to just relax and enjoy the ride?

2024-11-10 16:57:12 +0000 UTCYeah I’ll be real, the first season is kinda weird ngl 😂. Whenever I rewatch this series, I skip the first season. Late in the second season is when it starts to pick up (you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about when it happens). And it’s mainly because one of the writers, Rebecca Sugar (the creator of Steven Universe), started pushing for real character development. I can’t wait to see your reaction!

2024-11-04 13:28:37 +0000 UTCThere are 10 seasons actually, plus 4 longer epilogue specials and a (so far) one season Fionna and Cake spinoff. It's definitely a slower burn as far as plot and lore stuff than Steven Universe, but it does get there, with lots of genuinely emotional and heart-felt character beats... without ever losing its absurd humor. First Marceline song! Olivia Olson has such an incredible singing voice.
