So that bird is based on a Killdeer. I'm going to tell you a story now.

Back when my late husband was mowing the yard once, there was this bird that was pretending to have a broken wing. It kept running in front of the lawn mower (Riding lawn mower), and my husband decided he should move the bird out of the way. But everytime he ran up to the bird, it would run off. So he'd get back in the Lawn Mower and this would repeat.

Well, at some point during this, he saw some very small eggs in a gravel drainage line in the yard. The bird was trying to lure my husband away from the eggs. It quite literally saved the lives of its chicks by doing that, because we /never/ would have seen them otherwise. So my husband put some wood around it so he'd know not to hit with the lawn mower.

Cute story and all, but that fucking bird had the loudest damn tweet I've ever heard, and would constantly tweet, day and night.

Also, Endy can sleep literally anywhere.
