I'll never forget the day my friend rented this from blockbuster and we were looking at the sick cover of the dramatically list beast puppet who looked like he just made a kill. Then the game loaded up... Watching this game again, these designs almost remind of of the Cosmic Carnage 32x characters (some of them).
