Added 2023-10-29 06:25:50 +0000 UTCWe experienced a failure from our authentication provider on Sunday from 1:45 a.m. EST to 3:05 a.m. EST. During that period of time, everyone got logged out of our service and couldn't log back in.
The issue is now resolved, we apologize for the disruption.

I renewed the subscription for 5 dollars and it still asks me to renew the subscription again and sends me to the waiting line, I ask for a refund or for them to fix this
