I wonder if we will be able to edit existing hairstyles. I typically enjoy low-ponytails on characters, so I wonder if there will be a slider to determine the height of a ponytail/pigtail?

With the Para's themselves, my eyes are INSTANTLY drawn the heavy lines / shading on the backs and the cleavage. I know you've been working hard at the skins and making some of the lines / shading a little bit more subtle; I'm wondering if that would be another area to look at?

Like the dress, I think showing the thigh outline in poofier or more voluminous clothes actually flattens the dress. I understand that the clothes need to move with the parafolk but if the dev team could hide those body outlines for poofier skirts and dresses that would be wonderful. I love flouncy, poofy skirts/ dresses but hate when some sim games don't have options that express those kinds of clothes I wear or when they do the skirts/ dresses are flattened or seem restrictive

I'm a fan of your artistic vision in general, but I find the prominent creases/shadows on the white shirt and (especially) the shoulder blade outlines on the paras to be really distracting. Those particular lines attract the eye a bit too much, detracting from the visual impact of the body and clothing. For example, the creases make the business shirt look shabby/dirty rather than clean and professional. The shoulder lines make every para look like a linebacker, which is weird for a feminine para in a formal dress. I hope you will consider toning those lines down a bit, like you did for the legs. But as a whole, great work and I look forward to seeing more!

Unfortunately, hairstyles aren’t created using the same system as layered clothes and adding “variations” (like having a chosen hairstyle with layered bangs or with side bangs, or none at all) is almost the same amount of work as recreating 3 completely new hairstyles for our artists. The bangs part wouldn't be able to simply clip on a given hairstyle, like a jacket can be layered on a shirt. With this in mind, we are focusing on creating the most “basic” or common hairstyles first, before eventually adding complex variety!

And the tights look like tights, not like glitched legs or like paint. The variety of lipstick applications is incredible, wasn't expecting there will be something deeper than a basic lip coloring available with the artstyle Paralives have. And we have various shaded and contoured lips ! The turban also sits naturally on the guy's head, not perched on top like an add-on. And of course the double ponytails are cuteness overload. Thanks for creating and programming all these for us to use ! Excuse me while I'll go squee and clap hands like an idiot.

There should be presets available for most of these suggestions (teeth, birthmark, scar, piercings), they might be included in the game in time for the Early Access release or shortly after. However, vitiligo and strabismus are not confirmed yet as it's more technically challenging to include them in our systems and we need to consider our different options before making a decision :)

And when I say townies, I mean the homeless paras that populate the world, not the premade paras that would live in houses and have backstories. Once the townie pool is exhausted then what? Or are you suggesting that there is a set pool of template townies and when one dies off, then another is replaced from a template instead of random?

It would be very cool if there's a pool of characters that are still created by the devs that can come into down for variety, but the open world should make for a great way of having enough neighbors and townies :) I love when I interact with townies and they actually have their own jobs, skills, families, friends etc. This way you also avoid the horrible outfit choices lol

I love the variety and the fact that we’re going to have so many layers! I did have an epiphany/suggestion/question and it’s something I’ve seen a lot of modders add to other life sim games, but an assortment of bangs! I love the high pigtails and I absolutely have a character in mind that it would be perfect for, the only thing is the bangs are actually different (character has more like “Sailor Moon” bangs, as I call them). Would the same logic that applies to some of the shirts, apply to hair as well, where some hairstyles could have varying bang styles?

As a glasses-wearing person with about a dozen different types, I'm hopeful we'll eventually get a few more different styles. Possibly some with thicker frames, no frame on the underside of the glasses, duo/triple (re)color options for the frames and some fancy sunglasses? The gloves look great, you can really see the difference in texture. I do feel like the lines at the top of the in and outside of the arm could be improved, except for the mittens. Are all these accessories available for all ages? Also, please tell me we'll be able to make Jesus nikes by adding regular (white) socks to the sandals to dress the typical West European old white male boomer.

Each para looks so different from each other— No same face syndrome (loving the “bowl cut” and hooked nose on the alternative/feminine para), no identical vibes… You can really see the lengths to which the customization in this game can take you! Also the summer dress and ripped fishnets are EVERYTHING!!! Each of the paras has the cute cartoony style but something about them is just so real and alive :,)… And it’s not only are the proportions/anatomy looking great on the models. Like, the one guy with the short hair and the basic clothing looks like he is hardly getting through the work week with the right amount of sleep, whereas the man with the turban looks like he has a more stable and rewarding work schedule. You guys have done such a great job with this, and everything you make, paramaker or not, is able to tell a story without words. One suggestion I do have though— for the braces, they are adorable, but a little big! Assuming this is so you can actually see them on a screen. However, in real life, they typically take up less space on the tooth. Very small nitpick though, this is just coming from someone with family members with braces. I can’t wait to see this continue to develop and am so excited that I get to be a part of this process and will get to play in the near future. Great job team! ❤️❤️

It's a small detail, nothing critical, but I am curious nonetheless! I also second the comments about the shoulder blades - I know you revisited body lines once already, but it would be great if these could still be amended a little (the legs do look great already!) Maybe if there is a section in PAM in which the game randomly generates outfits and the player can quickly thumbs up or thumbs down the outfits to build up an "approved outfits list." This is also applicable for players who want their world to fit a certain aesthetic or time period.

The faces are looking so good and the clothing is brilliant 👏🏼 love the pigstyle ponytails... when the Paras turn their head do they slip over the shoulder?

I know there is the typical suit but will you have different style of suits, waist coats, etc. What about rings, specific engagement rings or wedding bands. As for the hair, I assume the dark roots with the blond hair can be changed? What about the glasses that the Parafolks was wearing?
