This isn’t the sims though... this is paralives. They’re their own unique game and I’d rather they make their own cool features than try to resemble another games classics. Plus I’m not really for the ‘wackiness’ in paralives.

Love it! The sounds of the surroundings is amazing as well, it really adds a whole new level of realism - although the crickets sounded a bit.. harsh/unrealistic.. I'd want to tone that down a bit with a softer sound - and I love the seaside contry vibe going on!

i LOVE the lighting outside the house. Its refreshing to see a nice blurred light effect rather than jagged inaccurate light reflections. The sunset was so pretty!

I said this on YT, but I think it would be cool if you added the dog as permanent feature in a separate neighborhood/town, if you're going to do more than one. It'd be cool to have a wacky feature like that which is actually funny and old sims-y. Like I said, kind of your own "Strangetown."

I just commented on the last post how I was interested in seeing more outdoor environments and I'm not disappointed! The lighting is absolutely stunning and this video reinforces my warming up to the game's art style. Yes, it is simple but it is detailed and has charm and character. The wild unkempt grass blowing in the wind (will there be lawn mowing?), the lighthouse, the farmhouse architecture against a clear blue sky! <3 (will there be actual farms?) I love that I get this humble cozy prairie vibe from this setting as well because it's a setting I rarely see in video games. And of course the cherry on top is hopefully much of it will be mod-able!

I understand the logo a bit better now, and the lighthouse looks beautiful! - although at 0:24 it jumps from night to day almost instantaneously which is a little off-putting. AND there are three suns? ONE OF THEM IS A DOG HEAD! did no one else see that?

This looks wonderful, really atmospheric. I should say, I'm really not keen on the night sounds - they sound quite low quality (not sure if this is just a prototype sound effect?) and they're very grating. Also I live in the UK and we don't have sounds at night like that here so it's a bit odd for me; just something to consider.
