the most iconic thing about this is that recently Chan was 'accused' of having gotten a butt lift. with the amount of focus on the subject matter, I wouldn't be surprised if they had all heard about it

2023-04-02 05:20:53 +0000 UTCI loved these two episodes so much lol- as someone who's also into fitness is was really cool to compare notes and see how each of them work out and have different forms and focuses (also compared and I have bigger arms than Hyunjin and Seungmin lmaooooo). Changbin was such a good coach! It was funny to see their class differences too lol was not expecting that.

It could have been quite easy to get 'views' on just people thirsting after their bodies (I mean... it helps haha) but that Changbin took it so seriously and was actually teaching things I found that I myself was motivated to... well, at least think more about exercise as a whole. Just him going over the proper formation of squats and planks gave me such much information. It was a little sad to see how many were considered 'underweight' and I hope that the guys themselves take that into consideration when they're planning their meals etc, especially with them still being on tour, it must be really hard to put on and keep any weight. If Binnie ever releases an exercise video series, I'd get so buff lol. I hope sometime down the line they do a follow-up, just to see like their changes over 6 months, a year or something. Thank you Caitlin for doing these videos (esp while you're still recovering from being sick) they really brought a smile to my face today.
