I really wanted to build a base with both an anti-siege system and a pixel gap bunker.
It starts from a default 2x1 starter, features 2 new roof bunkers, 4 HQM bunkers inside the compound, 2 multi-TC bunkers, a mini-farm, spacious courtyard, and 2 large furnaces.
Comments
Only the triangle pixel gap works if the building skin is Brick. Nothing else. Neither Metal. You can look at the boxes clearly, but they won't open other than the brick skin.

Ive always enjoyed your 2x2 designs, i recently learned a 3x3 base that has some really good wide gaps on shooting floor. I know alot of people are always asking for a bigger base design, and i really think your designs into a 3x3 would be killer. anyways just like homie here said before, keep up the good work my guy. But there's one thing that i dont like, its the wall path, despite your bases having VERY good raid cost for door paths, its usually 2 walls to loot, such as base nm. 24, I REALLY liked the base a LOT, then i started building it and noticed it was two walls to OC loot despite the base being called an offline bunker. I am hoping that you will work on an actual small group (solo to trio) OFFLINE TANK base that can tank many rockets, with your build style that would probably be my favorite base and will build it each wipe, keep up the good work!

2025-05-07 12:09:39 +0000 UTC3 is fine, with 4 you dont have the stability if you do the freehand bunker. I've got the same problem but if you notice tc is not placed perfectly in front of the door. if you rotate it you can have only 3 square foundation

2025-05-06 22:14:32 +0000 UTCI think you have to raise the foundation to a certain height for it to work. Also 100% you need to be holding ALT key while you place the first foundation and keep holding it while you move right to place the next foundation. Once the shadow changes you place it. I was able to easily do it on build server but once I tried in live it was tough, I only get it to work when I raised it higher than normal.

2025-05-04 13:51:57 +0000 UTCill add the only way the staircase can be placed on console in reference to this build is by removing the ceiling and wall adjacent and then the staircase will place. But then you cant put the wall back, but you can add the ceiling after you place staircase. Only issue is when you break the staircase to get out, now you cant even place it back through the ceiling. It's such a sad thing bc these base designs are OP. literally any alternative bunker that would works. Only the staircase for whatever reason is the only one, for console.

2025-05-01 19:38:19 +0000 UTCthis is the secound base that I've tried to build and just cant because of the staircase bunker. On rust console it's impossible to place because of the fames in the wall won't allow space, I've spent hours on build servers today trying to half wall and other ways to make the staircase work. I wished there was another bunker alternative this is by far the best solo base. I had same issue with YouTube video ft woodcuck. Your advice was to use Dropboxes in core but it's just simply not viable, I need that space in core for loot/furnaces and ks myself over and over just to get in core would be such a pain.
