Camp Mograph part G (VIDEO TUTORIAL)

Hello friends,

Spring is finally here and allergies are coming back lol
Well not quite, here is still cold and flowers are not blossoming just yet!

In this tutorial I am gonna explain how to create a detailed tree, tips and tricks to make it look realistic in both animation and lookdev.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks,
T.

haha 100% and yeah... where is a damn update? in every email i exchange with them they promise me big things in theory and in the end there is not even a custom object in flowers or a line mode in export. Come on guys is not rocket science, you already did 99.99% of the work

I want to explore L-systems a bit more personally - but 3DQuackers excuse me - Quakers haven't really added anything in like 3 years, but even so it's still better than Taiao, and maybe it's my comfortability with it, but it still just works so well for what it does. Build some trees, animate them, build some custom flowers, use custom alembic flower heads - it bakes to ORBX - EXTREMELY well (surpisingly), and even though the materials that come standard are a bit blahhh really just cloning some low poly bark along the trees in different ways is WAYY more effective and really quite realistic looking, so I still keep using the ol' Forester because it just kind of works well. I tried switching to speedtree, taioa, several different plant programs and if I need very specific trees with great premade shaders I grab them from Maxtree (c4d+octane or redshift and they're really nice).. but that's my pseudo Forester endorsement for the day. I think not in an easy way. As you need to constraint points on points, use various levels of random effectors etc

Do you think it would be possible to recreate the tree, wind etc without the plugin?
