2021-04-06 00:26:51 +0000 UTCThey didn't air this episode, because the week it should have aired there was a big elementary school shooting. They didn't feel an episode about children dying right after that happened would be right. (I don't remember the school, I'll try to find out)

Like, in the beginning Will feels angry about not being able to give the boys a family back —> a transition to Hannibal, inviting Abigail for breakfast with him and Will, thereby giving him a chance to become her father. Then, Hannibal makes the same meal Abigail had with her parents — and in the next scene Will comments on the woman’s plan to erase the old family and make the child love her more. The whole sequence is just *chef’s kiss*

2021-04-03 20:52:28 +0000 UTCI feel the need to point out that in the script for this episode Hannibal mentions to Alana that the third seat at the dining table with him and Abigail was actually intended for Will, but Hannibal couldn't get a hold of him. Hannibal is basically just out here constantly trying his hardest to make Abigail see both him and Will as her parental figures.
