First off, thanks to the Game Informer crew.

Then, I'd just like to thank Shane Ivey, Scott Glancy, Greg Stolze, John Tynes and Kenneth Hite for their help and tireless work on this.

Then I need to thank the Kickstarter backers who kicked this all into high gear. You believing in us has made this possible. Making books takes time, money and an effort and unwillingness to just get by that is difficult to maintain. But knowing there is such a thirst for this work has made the journey easier.
