VISCID, a new Operation for Delta Green

Delta Green operation MALTA concerns the disintegration of the group known as MAJESTIC12. For decades after the recovery of alien remains and technology in New Mexico in 1947 by the US Army Air Corps., this group operated at the highest levels of the American government, using alien science and intel to remain free of outside interference. After an internal power struggle brought about the group’s destruction in 2001, survivors took what they could and scattered across the country, building new identities and organizations. Many were scientists who exploited the alien knowledge MAJESTIC had recovered over the years, for personal financial gain.

Few of the MAJESTIC leadership —the steering committee — are still alive, most having been killed during the “civil war”. One, Gavin Ross, still remains. At 73, he looks a vibrant and lively 60, because of MAJESTIC project ARC DREAM, research bent on unlocking the secrets of human DNA as understood by alien intelligences. Since 2007, Ross has been taking ARD15 — tiny, blue pills created by ARC DREAM to arrest cellular degeneration and forestall death (Ross took them only after a cancer screening revealed aggressive colon cancer). For the most part, these pills have had little negative effect, except for one thing — they’re almost gone; and once you take ARD15, you cannot stop.

Ross, who has had a long history of licensing benign alien technology to many small front companies, set about hiring a private contractor once in his employ, to recreate a batch of ARD15 from samples of the “culture” still in his possession.

That’s when the murders began.
