Water Dragon Ydro Base Release!

Hard at work with the upcoming NPC Pack, but today we take a quick break from that to see the release for Water Dragon Ydro as suggested by Gregaur-X!
4th step into the element dragon universe: Ydro is the Dragon of Water and Seas. He is obviously Blue. He is a mix between a dragon and sea horse with very long and beautiful seaweed instead of wigs, a shark jaw, coral instead of horns. He has no legs cause he is floating in the water.
For this suggestion I opted to stay as faithful as possible to the prompt! The result was certainly something fresh to tackle for me!
