Transcript: Hi there, baby. I know it's been a really long day. There's been a lot on your mind. You've

been stressed, overworked. But right now, it is just you and me. And we are going to take

a moment together to relax. Okay? You're going to untense your shoulders and we're going to

start by focusing on our breath. Can you do that for me, baby? Good, good. All right, let's

start together. A deep breath in through the nose. Hold in and out through the mouth. Good

and out through the mouth. One more, okay? In through the nose. Hold it and out through the

mouth. Good. Are you with me still? I want you to begin to focus on your breath again, keeping a

steady pace in through the nose. Two, three, out through the mouth. Two, three, and keep that pace while you

listen to me. I want you to focus on my words the way you can imagine my lips parting and touching my

tongue playing with the back of my teeth as I describe these words to you as I help you focus on your

breath and my words and all your stresses and cares and worries begin to fade away. I want you to

let your shoulders go, let them fall, tilting your head left and right, good job left and right, letting your

neck muscles stretch and relax as you continue to breathe in one, two, three, out, two, three, four, good

job. Now I want you to unclench your hands and wiggle your fingers a little bit. Good job. Move your

wrists around, stretching your hands high above your head. I'm doing it with you right now and

letting them fall back down to your sides, rolling your shoulders back again, focusing on my words

and my lips parting the breathiness of my voice. Are you focusing on my words? Good job, baby. You're

doing so good. And before we continue, I just want to say that I am so proud of you for everything

you've done today and yesterday and this week for focusing on me, for taking a moment to focus on

yourself, the things you've accomplished and letting go of the things that you cannot control.

I am so proud of you. Now I want you to loosen your hips and your legs and if you're sitting

right now, just shifting your weight left to right, slightly moving your body but nothing too

aggressive, just enough that it feels good, making sure you're still breathing in two, three,

four, out, two, three, four. Good job. And then lastly, you're going to move around your ankles and

wiggle your toes, making sure that there is not a part of your body that is not relaxed.

Continuing to listen to my voice, thinking about my lips, the breath, the tongue, everything that

must come together for these words to come out of my mouth and into your mind as they warm your

brain and your soul and you imagine my words like syrup dripping into your blood and warming

your entire body, starting at your neck into your chest and down your arms, into your stomach and

down your legs, into your whole body, is engulfed by my warmth and there is nothing

besides you and me physically together right now.

And just be with that feeling with me for just a moment and breathe.

Good job. We're going to do three more deep breaths together to get deep breath in through your

nose, hold it and out through your mouth, in through your nose, hold it and out through your mouth.

One more baby in through your nose, hold it and out through your mouth.

Now, when my voice stops, I do not want you to forget how you feel imagining my warmth inside you.

And when you need a moment to reconnect with your breath, to come back to me, to de-stress from your day,

to think about nothing besides me and you together, to hear again how proud I am of you.

I want you to come back to this, to this audio, to this moment between you and me.

It's a special moment and you deserve that. I am here for you. I will always be here for you.

I am not going anywhere and I love you so much.
