Hello everyone,

November has been a really big month for the Dorkfactory. As of writing this we're 101 patrons over the previous record! I want to start with a tremendous thank you to everyone who signed up this month, and everybody who thought the November models were cool and shared them around. Special shoutout to The Maker's Cult. They do a whole lot to support artists and it was an absolute blast working with them for a second time this month.

What's ahead

Alright, so let's get down to what's coming up! This month the dorkfactory vault will get totally switched out, so TWO new sets instead of the usual one. I'll be adding the Anomaly Hunters, and also the Reanimated Combat Drones kit (these were made for the maker's cult and now it's time for dorkfactory patrons to get them!).

There will also be another large new model that will come with options to build it in a few different ways:

This thing is going to get even more detail and a few more options for heads. The first version will be released on the 4th of December, and then a kit of additional parts for building alternate versions will come out midway through the month (just like November).

Community Prints

This month was also a record for how many people printed and painted the models! Normally I pick three and say something about each one but there were so many I had to make a big mashup this time. I'm just going to let this awesome work speak for itself.

One quick bit of trivia, Tegernako's print is actually 200% scale -- it is gigantic. It's about 20cm or 8" tall!

Ok one more time, thank you all so much. The growth this month just makes me want to make even bigger and cooler stuff. I hope the November models are turning out great for everybody and I'm VERY excited to release the new December sculpt soon. I'll have a legit preview for that in a few days.
