Greetings from deep within the factory,
This month a lot of projects are coming to fruition and a lot of new ones have started as well. A kickstarter that I did a lot of work for is currently underway, I'm finishing up some models for my second go around at The Maker's Cult patreon, and a TON of new sculpts have gotten underway! The maker community has also been very busy lately and I've got some awesome pictures of their projects to show.
This month I started FIVE NEW SCULPTS. I'll only be previewing the 2 that are furthest along for now but if you're curious about the others there's evidence of those in the Dorkfactory discord server.
First off, here's the first variant of this LARGE monstrosity (9cm tall at the shoulder, so large by DF standards at least).

This guy will be the November model at the Dorkfactory patreon but this is only one way to build it! It will have alternate legs (double jointed if you're not into the triple jointed ones pictured), there will also be alternate heads and a whoooole lot more arm options. Still some detail to work out here and there but the first version is almost ready! This guy will be released in 2 packages throughout November.
Next up are the Reanimated Combat Drones.

These guys will make their debut next month with the Maker's Cult, but Dorkfactory patrons will get them in December :) (likely with some extra bits that I won't have time to finish before their initial release). I'M REALLY LIKING how these are turning out. Since skeletons are notoriously spindly and thin I did all the test prints for these guys on an FDM printer to be CERTAIN that they are sufficiently strong and that the details really stand out.

This project was somewhat secret for a long time so it's really nice to finally be able to show these guys! Sam from RamgisTV contacted me early this year and asked me to make a LARGE batch of killer robots based on an idea he's had for years. There are 7 kits (1 large vehicle, 1 small vehicle, 1 HQ and 4 infantry) all fully supported with LOTS of options in each kit. Sam painted up THREE ARMIES of these guys and seeing them in numbers on the tabletop is extremely satisfying. He also did some of the craziest paintjobs I've ever seen -- you'll know which ones I'm talking about.
Just a few days left to go on this so take a look if you're interested!

Alright here we go! If you've seen any of these newsletters before you know this is my favorite part. There was a LOT of printing, painting and kitbashing this month so if you want to see more check out the dorkfactory discord. If you have dorkfactory minis you've printed or painted, please share! I absolutely love seeing your guys' projects.

Here we've got jtabuzz's really nice accented greyscale house guard squad.

Here's a large amount of DF prints from Tegernako9. VERY pumped to see what these all look like together one day.

And this part is Demarkil's REALLY awesome digital kitbashing spree. There are several others but I figured I'd show these guys since they've got some print pics as well.
And speaking of community projects...
I'll be providing some printed prize minis for one of dark.elf.girl's upcoming Dark Elf Dare competitions! I've been a fan of dark.elf.girl's "neon dimension" projects for a long time and I'm super pumped that the upcoming competition theme will be grayscale+1 accent color for a second time. The first grayscale competition had some really amazing entries so keep an eye out for that and I'll have more info on it later.
Ok everybody that's it for now. I must recede back into the depths of the factory and continue making weird models. Thank you all so much for your support and I'll see you again soon :)
