   ‘Bambi’ is Baekhyun’s 3rd mini-album and it incorporates 6 tracks with different styles of R&B. The album talks about different aspects of love and Baekhyun’s emotions surrounding each stage of it. ‘Bambi’ is a wordplay which means nighttime rain in Korean, and it also has a double meaning as it can refer to the Disney character.

   Balming Tiger is a South Korean musical collective founded in 2018 in Seoul. The group consists of director San Yawn, rapper Omega Sapien, DJ Abyss, music video directors Jan'Qui and Leesuho, singer-songwriters Sogumm, Wnjn, and Mudd the Student, and editor Henson.    This song is a collaboration between Indian artists Armaan Malik, Lost Stories duo and K-pop group TRI.BE . The song is an upbeat, energetic dance-pop number that fuses together several languages - Hindi, Korean, and English lyrics, with a Telugu hook phrase “Memu Aagamu, Asalu Aagamu'' translating to “we won’t stop, we really won’t stop”. 3. Kit: Key (SHINee) - Gasoline MV
   The title song for Key's new solo album, Gasoline is a hip hop dance track that is over the top in everything. This is one of 4 songs that Key wrote himself and to paraphrase his words, If you shoot at me I'll explode and make a mess. By itself this song is about confidence and ambition but it is part of the larger story of the album. By the end of the album he says he doesn't need a crown or to chase fame, he is who he is. The dance practice and music show performances for this song are fire but have no lyrics The entire album is Key's vision (he gave a 2 hour pitch to the executives) and reflects his love of 80s campy horror mixed with personal childhood stories and reflections. The theme is how childhood fears, difficult experiences, and assumptions change as we grow. It's his best selling album to date with a repackaged version with more songs coming soon and a series of concerts next month.

4. Nana: Jo Kwon (ft. Jung Ho Seok) - Animal
   This song is the double title track in Jo Kwon’s solo album, produced by Avicii, Pdogg, hitman Bang &co. Kwon is the leader of ballad idol group - 2AM, who is highly praised for their vocalist skill. 2AM was co-managed by BigHit Entertainment and JYP Entertainment by the time his solo album was released. Jo Kwon was encouraged by hitman Bang to take up the high heels and be confident with his true self, so his solo album had a totally different colour with his group’s ballad root. The song features baby Jung Ho Seok, who later debuted in BTS as J-Hope. For the record, Bangtansonyeondan (BTS) had another featuring song with 2AM when they were still the hip-hop trainees group. This song doesn’t have an official MV, this is his debut stage.

5. C.Davis: LiSA (Oribe Risa) and Uru - Saikai
   The premise is First Take, One Take. They get only one take and any mistakes will/would be there as there are no redos/retakes. All First Take videos are fully subtitled. LiSA has been one of the Top J-Pop stars for over a decade with a long list of hits. Uru is a rising star that not much is known about other than she is an extremely private person who is signed with Sony. I find it humorous that their voices mirror their fashion style. I know you have gotten deep into K-Pop so decided to request a duet from a couple of the best that J-Pop has to offer today.

6. goldensunflower: Zayn Malik - Like I Would
   Zayn is a British-Pakistani singer and was a member of One Direction. He left the band a year before their hiatus as there was no room for creativity, as well as due to severe stress and anxiety. For his solo albums, he has adopted R&B music style and this song from his first album is an electro R&B and dance song. I was listening to this album yesterday and this song has been on repeat so I thought I would introduce him to you.

    Villain is a song off of Key’s 2nd Album, Gasoline. When talking about the song Key has said that he’s always tended to root for the villains, and when he read the lyrics he resonated with them. The song is from the point of view of a fictional character coming to terms with the role he’s been cast in and starting to fully embrace and enjoy being a villain.

   Everyone knows this song. But what makes this performance special was this was the performance at Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium just a few days ago and Taylor Hawkins' 16 year old son, Shane Hawkins played the drum. You probably have seen this full performance or parts of it as clips of it were posted everywhere these few days. It feels like every single person in the audience and the livestream viewers can feel the emotion and the passion through Shane's drumming. And when the audience sings along during the chorus, goosebumps! This performance still lingers in my mind even days after, that's why I just had to request this performance while it is still fresh in our mind.
